I don’t know how much time you’ve spent plotting your holiday shopping just yet, but the must-have item in nearly every band store this season is the “ugly Christmas sweater.” Sometimes sold as a crew neck with a sweater design, these items offer a humorous twist on the classic Christmas sweater while giving artists a decent excuse to cash in on the holiday season through merchandising. We love them, as we know many of you do, and after seeing our social feeds flooded with designs from countless bands we decided to compile all our favorite ugly sweaters to ease your seasonal shopping experience.
Before we get to the sweaters, please keep in mind that many of these items are offered in limited quantities and/or for short periods of time only. We’ll do what we can to update the article as the season goes on, but if you see something you like the best advice we can offer is to purchase it right away. Once these items are sold they’re usually gone forever, so get in the holiday spirit a bit early and support your favorite artists by purchasing some new merchandise.
